Hello and thank you for reading.
Create new ok, new layer ok, draw circle ok, Fill circle no go, It fills the circle and the background.
Any help please.

Create new ok, new layer ok, draw out a circle (selection) using the oval marquee tool ok, Fill circle voila! 😉

How did you draw the circle? There are a few ways.

How did you try to fill it? There are a few ways.

You need to understand better what the tools do and how they work. Manual and Help files should be reviewed.

Thanks to the person who gave me the answer ie. use the selection shape. I have been using PSP10 which is more user friendlier? and some things are done differently. Kevin.

You can also produce a filled Shape without using a selection. As I said, more than one way to do what you wanted. There is never just one answer.

PSP is for amateurs and hobbyists. Photoshop is far far better and I think as easy to use once you learn it.
