I have Adobe CS2. I have a picture that is too large to scan so I scanned it in half and now I would like to join it together. Can someone help me.

You have several options:

1. Use File>Automate>Photomerge. (I hope there’s some overlap).

2. Do it manually using Layer Masks. There are tutorials on the web.

3. Use a panorama/stitching program. There are some available free or cheap. Maybe someone can recommend one.

I tried what you explained with File>Automate>Photomerge and it worked. Thank you so much.

Try this http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~mbrown/autostitch/autostitch.html. Free and works great.
