Merging Text and Image

Hi guys!
I have an image of a PUZZLE piece, which is not flat, that is, it contains some ridges and high/low areas.
What I want to do it to place a TEXT on top of it, but have the TEXT follow the "curves" of these different heights.
Can it be done?

Experiment with the displace filter, it may do what you want.
