Are you sure it’s PS7 doing this? Assuming you’re in Windows, look in the bottom right of the screen. Do you see the "EN" icon, or does it have another two characters? If it doesn’t show "EN", hit Ctrl-Shift until it does.

You might also want to disable or change the key sequence that switches between languages and keyboards.
