Hello, all you helpful folks.

I’m looking to create a web page with a jpeg or gif that shows a "written message" or "memo" from the president of our company. I’m hoping I can make it look like it’s on a piece of paper… maybe slightly tilted on the page, with a drop shadow, etc.

I hope I explained it well enough. Any suggestions on how to create this look?

Easiest way: Start with a scan of a piece of paper.
