Clipboard update:
need to open twice new file to take its sizes or minimize up twice for updated screenshot paste.

Windows Paint takes clipboard already updated on first copy.

Any idea why?
CS3 Std BETA also does it like CS2

That sounds like you’re describing a well known bug in Windows (not Photoshop).

Windows, Paint, Word.. they all take first copy in clipboard. Only Photoshop doesn’t update the first time.
