I would like to construct a graphic of a bird’s nest, containing eggs, resting on a sun-baked lake bed. The outer edges of the nest, from the eggs outward, fade from 0 to 100% transparency. You should be able to see the underlying lake bed through breaks in the nest’s straw as the outer edges are approached. All solutions to my dilemma are welcome.
