I just installed cs3 beta and tried to use help and there is nothing there. Is that normal for this beta verson. I cant go to the online help or acess and help features. Any help would be appreciated. thank You Robert

Make sure your firewall isn’t stopping it from running. Help wants a connection to the net.

Until you are using a release candidate, don’t expect to see a completed help index. Beta releases are beta.
