I just purchased an HP Scanjet 8300 scanner. I can scan images into PS just fine using the HP Control s/w (they come in as .bmp files), but when I go to the Import menu in PS, there is no TWAIN driver listed for the HP and thus I don’t know how to Import from w/in PS. I am using PS 8.0 under XP Home.
What’s up? (The HP Help and Manual are silent on these points.)
