Save For Web Error

I’m trying to save for web, but I’m getting the error…"Could not complete this operation because an assertion failed." Any ideas what’s going on? I reinstalled 7.0 and updated to 7.0.1, but still having the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

ok what was the fix for this? anyone remember? I THINK it was something like reset your S4W settings to default and resave them…

I am having the same issue, Once I do save to web it automatically crashes.

I talked with Adobe support and the problem was my Vista user account. When I created a new Vista login account, the problem went away. Unfortunately, the old account is where all my files are, Adobe recommended contacting the computer manufacturer to find out how to fix the old account.
