I have DELL Windows XP with total space 70.8GB and 56.7GB free space.
I have used PhotoshopCS for 1 year and with no problems. Recently in the past month each time I start Photoshop CS a message appears ‘Edit Log is Disabled’ and I have to click ‘OK’ before it continues uploading.
I cannot edit any photos when I open the Browse folder. The message ‘Cannot complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the the file.’
I recently physically moved and my computer sat dormant for a few weeks. All my other software is working fine. Except for this.
How do I enable this feature? What files do I need to go into and change?
