Hi, I have use of PS/7 at work and I just
want to change the edge of a photo. I see
them all the time but I just can’t seem to find
out in PS/7. I want is the blurry edges. I have
a program at home Ifran(sp) and it has some
edge effects and easy to use, but it doesen’t
have the one I want. Any help would be great!

Easy to do. Make a new layer. Drag a rectangle inside the image border the width from the edge you want. Reverse (Ctrl + shift+I). Fill with white. Edit>Blur>Gaussian and move the slider to where you want it.
