Nikon RAW files in CS

Hi!
Windows XP home, Paint…..CS, Nikon D80 camera.

I don’t want to install the all software provided with the camera, (PictureProject1.7), but would like to open the RAW format files in CS.
Can’t find the file (Nikon NEF Plug-in.8bi ?) file.
Any ideas?
