SERIOUSLY need help with download!!

have windows xp and i downloaded photoshop free trial. after downloading the program it send me into winzip to unzip the files.. then i get a list. i clicked setup.exe and nothing is working!! it won’t let me open the program or anything. ive searched all the help forums and nothings there. Please HElp!

If I understand what you’re saying about "it send me into winzip" and "then I get a list", I’m guessing what you are seeing is that WinZip is opening up to show a view of the zip file contents. You do not want to run setup.exe from that view. Instead, you first need to extract all the files to a folder on your hard drive. To do that, choose Extract from the WinZip Actions menu and specify the folder you want to extract to, ensure "All files/folders in archive" is checked, and then click Extract. Once done, close WinZip then run setup.exe from the new folder.
