End-of-file error

Hi

I am trying to open 2 individual jpeg files, one is 19kb while the other is 21kb. PhotoShop gives me the following error message: "Could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered"

I have checked I have all the latest updates installed. I am also able to place this file into InDesign and view via Abode Bridge.

Any ideas on this would be gratefully received.

Sounds like the files are corrupted in some way.

Have you tried Irfanview?

Try opening them in your browser and re-save from there
