Any help on how to recreate this look in Photoshop would be great. It is mainly the reflectiveness of the image.

Thanks.

It may also have been done using a 3D software package

It isn’t really the chrome type that most tutorials are, it is more reflective. I know it can’t truely be reflective but something to make it look like it is would be great!

Maya is very common for TV stuff, but really, any 3D app can do motion stuff like that. Photoshop an do the static images, you just have to learn how.

Maya, 3DMax, Softimage, (and many, many others)

I can’t think of a single modern 3D package that doesn’t allow for that kind of rendering, unless it is highly specialized to do only one thing.
