Save for web will do it, however resaving jpegs always results in loss of image data (no matter what compression level is used).

A better way would be to use a 3rd party program like JPG Cleaner <http://www.rainbow-software.org/programs.html#JPG%20Cleaner> that can remove the data losslessly.

The image viewer Irfanview <http://www.irfanview.com/> also has a batch metadata stripper plugin that does the same (as well as other lossless transformation abilities & as well as being a very fast image viewer).

Or a work around might be to make an action that copies the file and pastes it onto a new document. A bit cumbersome, depending on how often you want to do it.
