Hang in there, youll get it done, try playing with some extracting tutorials or read some other post on how to remove a person from a photo and place into another, they are out there so do a Google search on that topic and see what you get.

Nope. Not that Disney would send the lawyers after you, but they do go after the stores that sell birthday cakes shaped like their characters, among other things.
Copyright means someone owns it, and if you use it, you are infringing.

They’ve been known to go after a daycare facility who painted their caharacters on the walls. The result: another studio (Hanna Barbera IIRC) sent in its own artists to paint its characters there free of charge. (this was quite some time ago)
I actually have an artist friend who did an elaborate painting of all the disney characters around the coffin of walt disney when he died. it was very beautifuul,and he contacted disney,who said dont even think of selling it. it hangs in his home now.
