Hello Group,

I’m new to Photoshop and I have a simple question: to change the brush size by increments of 1 the manual indicates that the shortcut [ or ] can be used . Problem is that to action that shortcut in windows I’ve to use the keys Ctrl + Alt+ [ and as soon as I’ve made Ctrl+Alt the cursor changes to allow me to move or copy selection or layer… In summary this shortcut doesn’t work to increase / decrease brush size…

What am I doing wrong ?
Many thanks in advance for your help
Eric

Why do you need to press the Ctrl+Alt combination? If you are using non-English keyboard layout you could add the US keyboard layout and switch to it when using Photoshop.
