Start with color image.

Duplicate Layer.

Desaturate (or however you like) dupe layer to B&W.

Add Layer Mask, Reveal All.

Paint onto mask with black to bring out flowers from bottom layer, still in color.

Send me 25% of what you got from bride 😉

if it is still in the photoshop document just use the history brush over the flowers if it is now a jpeg and all the info is gone go to the modes and change the mode to rgb then use the lasso around the flowers and feather the selection about 1 pixel then use the paint bucket to fill in the selection with the flower color you want make sure you create a new layer before filling in the selection then switch the layer type to color. What Ben said is good…only difference I would do is make the flower selection with whatever tool you prefer to do that with. Then I would create a new adjustment layer (Color Balance). Play with the sliders till you get the tint you like. If you have different colored flowers, select them individually and create a color balance adjustment layer for every different color. remember…you must make the selection before creating the adjustment layer otherwise the whole image will be filled with the color you set.

Hope this helps
