Can someone send me instructions on how to manipulate an image so that I can put a different head on a body. My instructions are pretty sketchy.

I brought both images in. Lassoed the head from one image. Copy and pasted it on the photo and it was larger than the picture I pasted it on. There is a step missing where I am suppose to make the lasso head smaller I think.
