I just re-installed Photoshop, and I got to work on a signature for a forum, when I made a path, and then stroke-pathed it, I found that I then could not flip that image horizontally. So, in a state of confusion, I went to free transform, then right-clicked and tried that way. Come to find out, I can’t transform an image at all. No resizing, rotating, skewing or flipping. Photoshop says, "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

What’s wrong?

PS. No other issues, all filters and everything else works fine.

Nevermind. Apparently when I updated, I installed some stuff that required me to restart my computer. It never told me this, but I tried it, and transforming works fine now.
