hi
things look ok on the screed but printed – everything comes out magenta –
I’ve got all Canon ink cartridges loaded
redone maintenance – both print head alignment and deep cleaning.

Dark Blue turns out magenta
Trouble started after I hadn’t printed photos in a while. (I had been using aftermarked print cartridges)
I’m using a scan of a color strip from a Corel package. looks good on screen but prints off color.
Driver??
Color Space – sRGB
any ideas??

Does the printer have the ability to print a test page? If so, does that look reasonable? The fact that the problem has arisen after a period of non-use following the use of non-Canon cartridges makes me suspect blocked nozzles…
