Probably not – but I bet the Adobe website lists all those versions that do upgrade for no cost.

Limited Edition means actually that, Limited Edition. No, you can’t upgrade the LE. You can upgrade the regular version of PhotoShop with no problems.

Gosh, I would love to see that list of free version upgrades. Adobe has free updates not free upgrades.
