Opening/clicking on Tutorials brings up a ‘convoluted’ Help Center screen that talks about a free, downloadable application. How do I dwnld? Or am I missing something very basic?

Ver 9.0.1 has an absolutely perfect help center for startups. Ver 9.0.2 has an absolutely useless help center for startups. What am I doing wrong here??
