Newly opened images are refreshing/reloading themselves now for the first time on a well powered workstation. I replaced a capable Viewsonic LCD monitor with a CRT and continue to have the problem. This occurs not only when a file is opened but also when changes are being applied. It almost appears to be a power interupption although the image restores in a fraction of a second. All suggestions that may fix this are most appreciated.
