Photoshop CS 3

Since installing CS 3 beta on my XP Pro PC it has taken over as the default image processor. Any image I used to open with PS 2 now opens in PS 3. How can I reset that preference? Selecting an image, "right clicking" on an image no longer allows me to specify which program to use to open that image.

Any ideas anyone?
