At the end of a (good) web design project I need to do 2 tasks:
1. Slice my web page design – I am using ImageReady slices for that.
2. Provide my client the Slicing-Map with details on every slice I made. The map includes the slicing overview plus X,Y,W,H of every slice.

How can I produce a SliceMap report?

Are you producing layer-based or table-based slices?

If layer-based, all that data is in the CSS.

If table-based the sizes are in the HTML, but not the positional data since that makes no sense in a table-based design.

The CSS and tablw do contain x,y,w,h of every slice.
This is quite helpfull but I do need to provide my client a nice map of the page with proper cutting signs describing every slice’s x,y,w,h

Then you will have to extract that data manually and format to suit.
