Which Polaroid? There was the original model where you took the picture, waited a minute or two, then opened the back of the camera and peeled the picture off of it’s backing.
Next, they had the model where you took the picture, then pulled the picture and developing cover out of the side of the camera, waited 60 seconds, then peeled the picture off of the developing cover. The last one I had was the Pronto. You took the picture, and the picture popped out the front. I used this one to take pictures of my wife…well, ex-wife now. Is this the one you want? If so, here are the measurements:
The entire picture is 4¼ inches long by 3½ inches wide. Remember, the picture popped out of the camera with a large white border at the leading end to give you something to grab it by, so you could pull it out. That white border is 27/32 of an inch long. The actual picture is three and one eighth inches long by three and one sixteenth inches wide.
The narrow white border is 3/16 of an inch on each side, and ¼ of an inch at the trailing edge, as it comes out of the camera. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here is a picture of it. This is the actual size of the Polaroid with the dimensions written on it.

Hi,
I’ve never own a polaroid before.
I’m thinking of doing a polaroid photo template.
My question is: anyone knows the exact dimensions of polaroid camera pictures?
Im interested to know the width and height of the white area; the width and height of the "black" (negative) area;
the distance between the negative area and the white area.
Anyone has any idea?
Or are there any websites I can reference?
Thanks.
