I have recently had a problem with using the "Place" command. I have RAW images in a folder along with templates that the images will eventually contain. I can open the template, select the aperture to drop the image into and then when I select "Place" the folder opens and I can open the RAW image in ACR, as soon as I click on open the whole program shuts down! However, when I do exactly the same thing in the beta version of CS3 everything works as it should. Is there a way to fix CS2 while still having CS3 beta on board – I would hate to have to lose the new version of Camera Raw.
