PHOTOSHOP CS2 slicing problem

When I slice an image with CS2 it all gets scambled in the sliced files. Basicaly when I make about 12 slices just 3-4 get right and the rest of them shows messed up (elements from lyers are relocated, some layers that were OFF are displayed etc.). Anyone else has experienced that ?

I’m using CD2 v9.02
