Hi I have this image here:

I would like to change it so that he looks like a cartoon like this < http://www.baywest.org.au/youth/images/Photos/CrossEyed_yout h.jpg>
Like change his skin color to the second image, and change his hair to all black. Take out the reflection in the sunglasses. And last change the sunglasses from orange to like blue.
If thats to much to ask the main thing is just to make him like a anime in a way. I saw it done before but i don’t know how to do it and i was wondering if someone can do it for me. Because even if i did know i would do a crappy job. Thanks
