this dialogue box keeps coming up when I check "print." I looked it up on online help but the links there are wrong and I couldn’t find an answer. I do not want this option right now – how do I uncheck it?

Hi LenHewitt-
the dialogue box is that of "print with preview," a choice in the file menu. this happens when I click "print" – the "print with previw" box opens, asking for choices to be made before printing. seems I remember something about not having this box appear but ???? It opens after I click "print." I don’t want to have to close it before I can print.
(this recently started happening – don’t think I changed a setting but rather its an artifact of one of those times when photoshop forgot its ini file & opened a brand new version of the program lacking all my settings. my friend says opening a "new" photoshop program is some wellknown bug in adobe.)
thanks

If you go through all the settings in the Print with Preview box, what happens the next time you click on Print? Do you still get the PwP box, or does it just print? Perhaps the Print dialog won’t work unless you set things up in PwP. I wouldn’t know because I never use plain Print, since I want to be sure how things are set before using up ink and paper.
