Hey Twobee Won…

After poking around my computer a bit, my buddy realized the ports were not talking to the software (as we suspected)…. he thinks i blew up a controller chip on the motherboard for the usb’s, so he used one of the slots to put in a card with a firewire on it, and so I am using that. I also bought a powered usb 2.0 hub, so now i am back to normal.. sorta…..i decided to swap mice with the one from the office as that one was wired and that gives me an extra port….still haven’t played with the OCR software yet… I might have a little time tomorrow, but honestly its been pretty nice here recently… getting into the 50’s actually, so my mind is on getting my bikes ready for riding.

I will keep ya posted on the ocr stuff…..

Thanks for the update, getting your bike ready? I use mine all year round, no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothing.;)

This is twue….I used to ride year round….well as much as I could stand the cold…. until one evening, my I couldn’t feel my ears or barely move my eyeballs (yes it was THAT cold)…..now I just pleasure ride. Now if they would just come by and pick up the sand they’ve left during winter, I would be all set….

On a different note….I know you can’t edit .pdf files. I have a file that is in that format. So far I have saved it as a .tif file to be imported into InDesign to edit. Anything to look out for, or is this a bad idea from the get go?
