I have PS CS2 and I am about to renew my computer – but I am looking at leasing (laptop) which usually entails changing the computer every 20 months. However I am reluctant to do this if PS CS2 cannot be installed everytime I change the laptop. Does anyone know the policy here or have they had experience with this situation?

Thanks
Sue

Sue,

That shouldn’t be a problem since PS CS2 has a "Transfer Activation" feature. All you’d need to do prior to exchanging the PC for another is run the CS2 uninstall and perform the activation transfer along the way. It isn’t even required to uninstall PS CS2 – the Transfer Activation process can also be launched from the Help menu – but I’d think you would generally uninstall any personally purchased software from a PC being turned in to someone else.
