I have a pdf file (6.64 megs). It needs editing. I was told if I open it in Illustrator it will edit fine… Well, when I open it in Illustrator, it is missing some fonts, and the type does not align (as I have mentioned). Someone else tol me to open it up in Acrobat. So I did…. it opens just fine and I can edit the tex ok if I want. There are no missing fonts (no error messages appear upon opening it.) I have to run this by the client, but he wants to change the year from 2005 to 2007. It is done in layers with guides (or vise versa). I can’t figure out how to be able to change the year. It is knocked out of a graphic, so here is my question… if I sent the file to you, do you think you would be able to describe just how to do such a task so that I will be able to do this sort of editing in the future? I will also have to find out if the client will want to change anything else on the front graphic (probably not though unless he wants to change the whole graphic)….
