I just got a new 22" monitor, with a "aspect ratio of 16:10 All my images looks distorder
How can I fix that?
Or
What is the best resolution to go with this?

You’ll want any display resolution with the same ratio of 16:10 in order to avoid image distortion. 1920×1200 for example is what I run on my 24" LCD monitor, with the same aspect. You might find that a bit too high for a 22" screen, with text, icons, etc., seeming too small. You can of course change them via the Appearance settings in the Display Properties, but that doesn’t have much impact upon the text in GUI elements such as the palettes of Photoshop. So, you may want to explore a lower setting such as 1680×1050.

Ideally, you want the screen res to equal the native res of your monitor.

Check the specs to find out what that is

Ahhh…I missed the link to the monitor earlier as I looked at the empty space below it rather than the "here" which didn’t show up too well on the old monitor I was at earlier. So yes, it does appear you should run that LCD monitor at 1680×1050.
