I am using CS3 Beta, you can download it from the adobe website, it’s a 2 day trial unless you have CS2 or get some illegal cracks for it. It is only Beta at the moment so not fully finished.

Yes, I have ordered it, I have CS2 and purchased the CS3 upgrade under the "post announce policy"; I do not have yet an email that announces shipping, as Adobe did state that I would receive notice of shipping. I have seen on other forums that April 16 is the start ship date,
