Hello,
Using Photoshop CS on XP. I need to draw a thin, straight line. I have searched the forum and help but can’t find anything about this. I know it’s probably something simple.
Thanks.

How thin do you want the line Susan? There are various ways to do this, the Line Tool being one as CN mentioned, or perhaps use the Pencil tool after setting the brush size (line thickness). In fact, you can simply click in one spot, then move to another and shift-click to complete the line. It wil be drawn as a straight line at whatever angle your two points define relative to horizontal. Or, click in one spot then hold down shift as you drag vertically or horizontally, constraining your cursor to an up/down or left/right movement.

Sorry Phos & CN for asking such a simple question. I have never used the line tool and had to search for it, but I found it.
Thank you Daryl for your answer. I really appreciate it.
