Colour issues with CS3

I hope this is the right forum, as my problem involves my whole workflow (bridge/ACR/photoshop) I thought this one was most appropriate.

Since installing CS3 beta, and now in CS3, when I load an image into PS10 it’s too pink (magenta possibly?) I’ve found that by selecting ‘Monitor RGB’ in Proof Setup and then selecting ‘Proof Colours’ I get back to the colours I’m expecting. This is fine when using Photoshop alone.

However, when processing RAW files through Bridge the files are shown with proper colour balance (unless Enable Colour Management in Bridge) is selected. But when opening the file to edit, and Photoshop in turn loads it into ACR, the magenta is back and I can find no way to effectively ‘Proof Colours’. As I’m working with colour balance mainly in ACR this makes it impossible to work with.

I’ve read in the FAQ about changing the profile in Adobe Gamma, and have tried loading the sRGB profile, to no avail. I’m concerned about changing the white point balance because my images are usually put on a stock site that requires a normal sRGB colour space.

Can anyone help? My workflow is broken.
