I need to ask some questions about Adobe’s products but I can’t seem to find sales’ email address, does anyone know if they have one??
thanks

BTW… It’s refreshing to know that some companies still offer person to person communication!

The info on the Sales web page (under Contact Adobe)… <http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html> has a phone number: 800-833-6687.

Did you try sending email to ?

Well I wanted their email address only because I’d rather blast them an email instead of picking up the phone. Obviously there is no urgency to my questions.

I thought of yes, but that was a guess.

(my comment about the person to person was just an observation that they maintain an 800 # where many companies don’t)

Have you ever tried that 800 number? You will be in "Press THAT" hell for longer than CS3 will be the current release…

If you ever actually talk to a human being, please post that information here so we can all share…

"You will be in "Press THAT" hell for longer than CS3 will be the current release…"

Meh…I had to call Adobe on Friday, and only had a small amount of touchtone pad navigation to deal with. The sticking part for me is the length of waiting time, and the crappy faux jazz you have to listen to. Make sure you have a headset or you can put your phone on speaker while you wait. That’s way too long to hold a regular phone handset between your ear and shoulder.

The situation I had to deal with regarding registering Photoshop was a little complicated, and I spent a total of maybe 80-90 minutes. It wasn’t too horrible, and 2 of the 3 CSRs I had to deal with were pleasant, smart, patient and accommodating. Fortunately, the contact I had with the 3rd CSR was only just long enough that she could direct me to another department.

I had reason to call Adobe for the first time recently.

After upgrading my RAID controller drivers, both Photoshop and GoLive decided my licence activation data was bad, and please could I reactivate, oh, and by the way, you’ve exceeded your number of activations.

The call was straightforward enough, the operator helpful, and reactivation went through after I confirmed that I was the registered owner of the serial numbers in question.

I have found the Adobe CS people on the phone very polite and helpful (once you actually talk to one), whether they were obviously in the US or obviously not.
