Thank you yes I was serious. I am working with a very old photo and my client wanted a full frontal face shot turned into a side profile. If I can’t do it in cs then I will have to paint it.
Reminds me of the old story of the woman who wanted a photo retoucher to remove the hat off a picture of her dead husband. The retoucher asked her what color her husband’s hair was and she said, "You’ll know once you get his hat off."
She wanted to learn a little basic Photoshop, so before she arrived I dug out a photo of her wearing a nice blue sweater, and carefully pasted it as a layer over a shot of a nude.
First I showed her how to quickly change the colour of the sweater. Her eyes lit up in amazement.
But that was nothing to the look on her face when I showed her what the eraser tool could do! 😉
