We have Creative Suite Standard (Photoshop v8) installed on one of our network workstations. The workstation has a second hard drive which we intended to allocate as the scratch disk. Originally the workstation had administrator rights and everything worked fine.
We have since removed the administrator rights to improve our network security and attempted to allocate the scratch disc to the 2nd hard drive. Now the message ‘This file is locked’ appears when we attempt to start photoshop preventing photoshop from starting. If we log in as an administrator it works fine.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
