Photoshop 6 uninstall error

When I try to uninstall Photoshop 6 the proces fails and a window appears: "The log file ‘c:/Programfiler/Adobe/Photoshop 6.0/uninst.isu is not valid or the data is corrupt. Uninstallation will not continue."

What can I do? Thankyou

reinstall from disk to the same location then uninstall from control panel> add remove programs.
