Hi,
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but whilst I am able to find many posts regarding problems installing CS3 I can find non that specifically address my issue.

Presently have installed CS2 and have many additional plug-ins and actions etc. Is it necessary to uninstall CS2 prior to installing CS3 or will it install over the top?

Each new version or upgrade will install into its own folder(s). There is no need to remove the previous version – in fact it is best to leave it in place so you can always refer back to it whilst getting the hang of the new software.

Enjoy.

Thanks for the response chris – I take it from this that I shall have 2 versions of Photoshop installed at the same time then ?

I always have the current and previous versions installed. There are no problems. As for plug-ins, just point your "additional plug-ins" setting in Preferences to reference the folder in which they are kept.
