Any opinions on the training DVDs for CS3 Design Premium?

I am new to these packages and am considering buying the training DVDs that Adobe has available along with CS3 Design Premium. Can I get some opinions from anyone who has used them? Are they good for a new Adobe user and are they worth the extra money?

I don’t know about Adobe’s training DVDs but www.lynda.com also has lots of training videos and they have free samples. Worth having a look there…
