CS3 problem when printing to Konica Minolta color laser printer

When I try to print from CS3 to a Konica Minolta magicolor 2400w printer the image is distorted when using other than 600×600 dpi resolution. 1200 x600 distorts the image by making the width twice as large and 2400×600 makes it 4 times wider.
No problem when using my other printers.

Any who could confirm this?

This sounds like a non-square resolution error we are looking into. What is happening is after Photoshop sends the print information to the print driver the driver changes the resolution to a non square resolution. At that point it’s too late for PS to correct this. No real workaround for now other than continue to print 600 x 600.

Wow, it must be the driver, since it worked perfectly with PSCS2! Oops, and it continues to work perfectly with CS2.

Very frustrating, when you only need a mirror to properly identify the problem, with source code that was readily available in a previous build that worked purrrrfectly fine.

600×600 is a joke when working with a product like PS.

I have no problem printing to my KM 2450, but that is Postscript.
