CS3 arabic support

I am an english speaker who needs to create images with arabic text in them. Does CS3 support this yet? I won’t be able to use the ME software if the interface itself is in arabic.

AFAIK, the ME interface is English but supports RTL languages.

Middle Eastern CS3-ME’s not available as yet, but manufacturer does offer free upgrade path from CS2-ME to CS3-ME when purchasing CS2-ME products (plus import/delivery related costs).
