My copy of CS3’E’ should be here today. I have removed the CS3 beta from my machine and continue to use CS2 for production. I had no problems with CS2 and the beta 3 installed on the same pc (standard default installs on both). Can I expect the same with the upgrade, I would like the time to gradually migrate to the new version, without having to depend on the new version for everything I do.

TTL,

Be aware that some users (myself included) have not been able to open Bridge in CS2 after CS3 is installed. I get an error to the effect that "Photoshop is not defined" when Bridge CS2 tries to launch. I seem to recall a thread here that said that reinstalling CS2 would fix the problem, but I haven’t gotten around to trying that.

Whether or not this problem would affect you is anybody’s guess.

Thank you for the info, I’m on XP pro SP2 as well and if it’s just CS2 Bridge that goes south it won’t be a problem (scary-bad performance on big files in large directories makes that version useless at work). I look forward to CS3!
