Color problems when save file for web

In the past I have not had a problem with this, but recently when I save a file for web the colors get all screwed up! The file looks fine in PS, but in the preview window and on the final export the image/slices are dull and grayish. I have adjusted the color profile settings, but the problem still persists. I need help ASAP!
